As a Customs & Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for managing the entire customs clearance process, from documentation to filing and tracking. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire customs clearance process, including documentation, filing, and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit customs declarations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and other fees.
• Handle customs inspections and audits, ensuring compliance and resolving any issues.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on customs and trade compliance matters.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs and trade compliance, preferably in the sports or manufacturing industry.
• Certification in Customs Brokerage or International Trade is a plus.
• Proficient in using customs clearance software such as SAP Customs, TradeNet, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
