📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all export and import processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with domestic and international partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines, to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Handle customs clearance procedures, including classification, valuation, and payment of duties and taxes.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to build trust and foster long-term business partnerships.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in international trade and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export and import management, with a strong understanding of international trade regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in using logistics and supply chain management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent knowledge of trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with domestic and international partners.
• Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and international trade regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in international trade or logistics is a plus.
