Seed Royal Ekspansindo is looking for a Lead Store Admin to oversee the operations of our store in Pontianak. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.,Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Proven experience in managing and training store staff.,Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
