Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including production, quality control, and inventory management.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their best.Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the bakery is a safe and welcoming environment for all employees and customers.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote our products and achieve our sales targets.Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that we are getting the best products at the best prices.Ensure that the bakery is meeting all legal and regulatory requirements, including food safety and labor laws.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.Familiarity with food safety and labor laws, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Fluency in Indonesian is required, and English proficiency is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
