As a Personalia Staff, you will be responsible for managing HR processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's workforce. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Handle employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and issues.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payments.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processes and procedures is a plus.,Must be able to speak and write in Indonesian.
