📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations,Monitor and maintain production schedules, production targets, and quality standards,Conduct regular inspections of production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies,Train and mentor production team members to improve their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement,Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the manufacturing industry,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different locations within Bali
