📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management and quality control.,Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring high performance and morale.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply of ingredients.,Plan and organize staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.,Experience in the baking industry is a plus.
