Sehati Dian Kitchen is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for food and events, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setting up, serving, and cleaning up.,Work closely with the event manager to ensure that all event details are met and that the event runs smoothly.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, following recipes and safety guidelines.,Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Assist in the inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food service or event management setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being a plus.,Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one.
