📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR Manager in the preparation of reports and data analysis.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
