DASH Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.,Manage leave and attendance, including processing leave requests and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee orientation and training programs.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
