Point Hub Lestari is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping employees grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning management systems and tools.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their learning goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
