As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source potential candidates.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates for our open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and phone screens to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
