In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and available for our operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and servicing.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their routes and responsibilities.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Oversee the safety and compliance of the fleet, including regular inspections and documentation.,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles and equipment as needed.,Provide support to the Operations Manager in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and submit regular reports to management.,Assist in the training and development of new drivers and fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
