📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily cash handling operations.,Ensure accurate and secure banking transactions.,Supervise a team of cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Monitor and reconcile bank deposits and withdrawals.,Handle customer inquiries and banking issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Prepare and submit regular reports on cash and banking activities.,Train and develop the cashier team to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in cash handling and banking operations.,Proven leadership experience in supervising a team.,Strong knowledge of banking procedures and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash handling and banking software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.,Certification in cash handling and banking (preferred).
