As the Lead Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menu plans, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to ensure efficient kitchen operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
