Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment laws and data protection regulations.Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Mentor and develop junior recruitment team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and video interview platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations is a plus.Fluency in both English and Indonesian is required.🛠️ Keahlian
