📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budget and expenses to ensure profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
