📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process,Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady supply of qualified applicants,Providing feedback to candidates and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process,Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the team,Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the recruitment process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
