ConnectOS is seeking a dedicated Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Bali. This role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts in the Australian healthcare and NDIS sectors. This is an onsite position located in Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing follow-ups.,Assist in the preparation of proposals and contracts for NDIS and healthcare clients.,Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.,Support the sales team in attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.,Assist in the coordination of client onboarding and offboarding processes.,Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or NDIS industry.,Strong understanding of the Australian healthcare system and the NDIS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
