📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Oversee the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.,Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations is a plus.
