📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions and specifications.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients.,Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.,Providing feedback and coaching to other recruiters in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
