📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales pipeline and track performance metrics.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in the medical field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian healthcare market is a plus.,Must have a valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and be able to work in Baturaja.
