As an Admin Customer Care at Onna Prima Utama, you'll handle a variety of customer interactions, from inquiries to complaints, using tools like CRM systems and email management software. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing customer data, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers feel valued and heard.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Use CRM software to track and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Handle data entry and maintenance for customer information.
• Assist in training new customer service representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with email and chat management tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
