📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, influencers, and other key partners.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance using tools like Google Analytics and Affiliate Window.
• Create compelling promotional content and materials to engage affiliates and drive conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
• Conduct regular training sessions for affiliates to ensure they are equipped with the latest strategies and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing affiliate programs and driving revenue.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Affiliate Window.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
