📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of all facilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Provide technical support to staff and tenants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
