As a Field Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various field operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with our field teams, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to carry out their tasks efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of operational processes.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate field operations, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain operational schedules and plans for field teams.
- Monitor and report on the performance of field operations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage inventory and procurement processes for field operations.
- Provide training and support to field teams on operational procedures and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the field.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operational efficiency and address any issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field operations administration or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing field teams and coordinating operational activities.
- Strong knowledge of operational software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar qualification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
