Daily, you'll engage with our diverse team, leveraging tools like BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse to streamline HR processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for various roles within the company.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-ups.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing welcome packages and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and career development initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR processes using tools like BambooHR, Workday, and Greenhouse.
• Contribute to the development of HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in the planning and execution of HR events and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven interest and passion for Human Resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or Greenhouse.
• Familiarity with HR processes and best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
