As a Mineplan Engineer at PT Mitra Indah Lestari, you will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed mine plans that ensure the efficient extraction of minerals while adhering to safety and environmental regulations. Utilizing advanced software such as Surpac, MineSight, and Datamine, you will work closely with geologists, surveyors, and other engineers to create comprehensive mine plans that drive operational efficiency and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement detailed mine plans using advanced software such as Surpac, MineSight, and Datamine.
Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support mining projects.
Collaborate with geologists, surveyors, and other engineers to ensure accurate and efficient mine planning.
Monitor and analyze mining operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, including management and investors.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance mining operations.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine planning, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Surpac, MineSight, and Datamine software.
Strong understanding of mining methods, geology, and economics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations applicable to mining operations.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
