You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that our products and services are effectively communicated and marketed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to foster long-term partnerships.
• Identify and evaluate new bancassurance opportunities and propose innovative solutions to our clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and proposals to senior management.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on our insurance products and services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of bancassurance initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in bancassurance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing bancassurance strategies.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
