📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement financial solutions and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide financial support to the management team, including ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
• Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar to streamline financial processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a digital or tech-driven company.
• Proficient in financial software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
