Distribution Officer (Contract)

Join Private Advertiser, a leading player in the manufacturing, transportation, and logistics sector, as our Distribution Officer on a contract basis. Based in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless distribution operations and enhancing customer satisfaction.

As a Distribution Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and in the best condition possible.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure smooth distribution operations.
• Process and coordinate orders, ensuring they are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain distribution schedules to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to distribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to distribution and logistics.
• Provide regular reports on distribution performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution or logistics operations.
• Proven experience in managing inventory and order processing.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
