📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across our operations in Bali.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS to source, screen, and manage candidate applications efficiently.
• Conduct job analyses and design job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
• Organize and execute recruitment drives, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media campaigns.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising jobs to onboarding new hires.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve our recruitment processes and metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or related industries.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
