As an Energy Management Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for monitoring and managing energy consumption across our mining operations. You'll use advanced energy management systems and data analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement energy-saving measures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data using advanced energy management systems (EMS) and data analytics tools such as SAP Energy Management and Power BI.
• Identify opportunities for energy savings and implement cost-effective measures to reduce energy waste.
• Develop and maintain energy efficiency programs to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure energy efficiency initiatives align with operational goals.
• Conduct energy audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to staff on energy conservation practices and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in energy management.
• Prepare and present regular reports on energy performance and cost savings to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management, particularly in the mining sector.
• Certification in Energy Management Systems (EnMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency in advanced energy management systems and data analytics tools such as SAP Energy Management and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian energy regulations and industry standards.
