📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and style café interiors, ensuring they align with our brand’s aesthetic and enhance the customer experience.
• Create stunning event setups for pop-ups, product launches, and seasonal promotions, using tools like SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and products that reflect our brand’s values.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines for our café and event spaces, ensuring consistency across all locations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, working closely with our event team to bring creative concepts to life.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques to keep our spaces fresh and innovative.
• Present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, providing clear and compelling justifications for your choices.
• Contribute to the overall brand image by ensuring all design work is cohesive and on-brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Event Design, or a related field, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in designing café interiors and event setups, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create visually appealing and functional spaces.
• Understanding of the coffee industry and a passion for creating spaces that inspire and delight customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
